Shipping costs

For orders above €20, no shipping costs will be added.

Delivery

All European orders will be delivered within 3 days. In the event of any delay, you’ll promptly receive a notification. PostNL will handle deliveries, including those outside the Netherlands. If you’re unavailable during the delivery attempt, a notification will be left in your mailbox detailing arrangements for a second delivery.

Warranty

Our cushions come with a warranty certificate, which indicates their expiration date. Should any issues arise, reach out to our customer service at info@comfykussen.nl. We will then ensure that you will receive a working pillow as soon as possible. However, you must keep the warranty certificate supplied with the pillow.

Return

You have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you wish to cancel the purchase within this period, please contact our customer service via info@comfykussen.nl. This cooling-off period only applies to online orders and is not valid for discounts. Costs for the return shipment are for the account of the customer.
